All Flower Crowns & Accessories Typically Ship within 1-4 Business days, unless otherwise stated. All Orders are processed and ship in the order they-are received, All shipping Time Frames are estimates only, we cannot Guarantee any arrival date unless Express Shipping is applied. Shipping may be increased due to various reasons, i.e busy wedding season, customer will be notified of such in those circumstances. Priority- Express orders ship out promptly, when upgraded shipping is purchased your order is bumped to the front of the line for processing. If you need your item expedited- rushed please contact us prior to placing your order. Please Note Upgrading to priority shipping does not guarantee arrival time unless Express shipping is purchased. NO refunds will be granted for packages returned from failure to pickup from postal service or incorrect address or item does not arrive by specific date. During the Busy Wedding Season we may increase shipment times, so if in a hurry please allot your self days additionally prior to your special occasion.
Once payment has cleared your order will be ready to ship in no time. Please be sure to check your address <prior> to placing order, we ship to the PayPal address on record via First Class USPS and will include tracking information. We can not be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or sent to the incorrect address. In the event a package is shipped to the wrong address or is returned to the sender for any reason. Original Shipping Fees will not be refunded and a reshipment along with shipping fees will need to be paid before order is sent back out. Please note Shipping to Office Building or Hotels has a increased liability for lost or stolen claims, with such customer takes full responsibility when shipping to address other than there personal home address.
CANCELLATIONS
We do our best to create and ship promptly, with such the cancellation window is quite short. If your cancelleation request is made with the first few hours and is seen in time we have no problem with cancelling the order. Please keep in mind once the procedssing time frame has occurred we unfortuantly cannot cancel your order at that time. Since all orders are custom made to order just for you.

Due to our processing and creation process we are unable to add items or edit your order once you have placed your order. Please be sure to carefully check your order, address and details prior to completing order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
*International Packages typically take 10-28 days in transit and may be additional at times, please allot your self enough time to receive your package. I unfortunately have no control over the package once it is shipped and leaves the U.S. all custom and VAT fees are the customers sole responsibility. Vat fees are NOT included in postage and It is the customer responsible to contact there local custom's government to get further details prior to importing goods from the US.
