All Sales are Final. In cases were a Mis-shipment of order has occurred the customer must contact us within 1-3 days after receiving your order. Approval must be given prior to sending a package back for claims of mis-shipment of order. In such cases the incorrect Item will need to be returned and the correct item will ship promptly. The Incorrect item will need to be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped unworn & used along with original packaging and box. Please note Damaged goods arising due to client negligence is non returnable. Please note that we are unable to process any returned items which have been sent back without our prior agreement.
