Each Flower Crown is handmade to order and typically ships out within 1-4 days via standard shipping via USPS. Transit times can vary based on location typically USPS First Class shipping takes 3-5 days. Shipping Overseas Transit Times vary from 10-0 days based on location. Please note Custom & Bulk Flower Crowns & Bridal Headpiece processing time is 1-2 weeks. If in a hurry you have the option to upgrade to priority or express shipping to speed shipping transit time along. Please allow yourself enough time receive your items to avoid delays or unexpected circumstances that may occur within transit.

Do you Guarantee Shipping?

I strive for fast shipment of all items, however I am unable to guarantee a delivery date, Standard shipping are estimates only. Estimated shipping varies by location. Shipping - Importing to overseas locations can take from 10 days-30 days in some cases. Upgrading to Express shipping ensures arrival times of your time sensitive package.

Do you offer Overnight Shipping?

Do you offer Baby, Toddler and Child Sizes?

Yes, Each Lovely Flower Crown is available in Infant Size 15-16"- Toddler Size 17-18"- Child Size 19-20 I highly suggest the Tie back options which allows the flower crown to be adjustable to fit your child's exact head circumference. Elastic back is ideal for infants and toddlers as well.

Do you provide a Invoice?

Yes. Once we have receive your order and payment has been cleared, the invoice will be sent to you via email. All past orders are also available within your account order history.

How do I know if my order and payment has been received?

Once your payment has been received, we will send you a order confirmation email to inform you about the order. You can also visit and log into your customer account to check the order status at any time. If WeddingFlowerCrown has received payment, the order status will show "Processing".

What is PayPal?

PayPal is a secure and trustworthy payment processing service which allows you to shop online with confidence. PayPal can be used at to purchase items by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-Check (i.e. using your  Bank Account). WeddingFlowerCrown cannot see your card number as it is securely encrypted through PayPal's server. This limits the risk of unauthorized use and access.

What should I do If I have Trouble Logging in?

Check your login details. Your login username is the email address you used for registration. If you have forgotten your password, please select the "Forgotten password?" option on the Sign In page. Complete the information regarding your registration email and select the "continue" option. A email will then be sent to you to reset your password. Please make sure that your web browser accepts cookies. Wedding Flower Crown Website security will allow 3 attempts of incorrect passwords before your account is locked. If you are still unable to access your account, you can contact us via chat or email and indicate the problem. We will assign a new password for you and you can change it once you log in.

What should I do If I received the wrong order?

If a Mis-shipment occurs we will correct the order, we strive for excellence but being human mistakes happen. We will exchange your product in cases where the purchased product does not match the item style ordered. However, (perceived color differences due to your computer monitor will not be exchanged).

Under What Circumstances would an item be able to be exchanged or returned?

At Wedding Flower Crown we pride ourselves in the designer Quality of Our Handmade Flower Crowns & Accessories. All items are Custom made to order and, once sold, cannot be returned or exchanged. All Sales are Final. In cases were a Mis-shipment of order has occurred the customer must contact us within 1-3 days after receiving your order. Approval must be given prior to sending a package back for claims of mis-shipment of order. In such cases the incorrect Item will need to be returned and the correct item will ship promptly.  The Incorrect item will need to be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped unworn & used along with original packaging and box. Please note Damaged goods arising due to client negligence is non returnable. Please note that we are unable to process any returned items which have been sent back without our prior agreement.

How do I cancel or alter my order?

Once order is placed, all orders are considered final and may not be changed or cancelled. If you have already paid for an order and have questions or are not sure about a issue or wish to change a order please contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible. In most cases we are unable to change a address, alter the order in process or cancel once order is placed. Please ask all appropriate questions prior to ordering and ensure your shipping address is correct. Once a package has already been dispatched, unfortunately, we are not able to cancel or change the order.

What if my Package is detained or Seized by Customs, Who is responsible for clearance of my order?

If the items are detained by Customs, the buyer (importer) is responsible for clearance of the items.

Why do I have to pay Custom Duties, Who is responsible for them?

Customs is a governmental agency responsible for regulating the shipments entering into a specific country or region. All shipments being sent to or from region must clear Customs first. It is always the buyer's (importer) responsibility to clear customs and pay the relevant Customs duties. Wedding Flower Crown does not add VAT, duty, or any other governmental fees. We have no way of knowing the amount or collecting such on our end. 

How do I track my Order?

Once your order has shipped we provide you with the tracking number, you will be able to check the item delivery status online. We ship via USPS Shipping all tracking details are readily available.

Why does my Tracking state Invalid?

The tracking information normally updates within 2-3 business days following dispatch. If a tracking number is not searchable after this period of time, there are several possible causes. The shipping companies have not updated the delivery information on the website with the most up-to-date status; the tracking code for the package is incorrect; the parcel has been delivered awhile ago and the information has expired; USPS typically will remove the tracking code history. How do I know if my order has shipped or not?

When your items have been dispatched, we will send a notification email to your registered email address. The tracking number is normally available within the next few days of dispatch and we will update the tracking information on your account.

Does the Product Price include Shipping?

The product price does not include the shipping price. The online ordering system will generate a shipping quote for your order at checkout.

How Do I change my Shipping Method?

All orders over $75.00 ship Free via Standard Shipping. In the event you would like expedited shipping you will need to upgrade prior to checking out. Please contact us in the early stages of processing your order with any  questions or concerns.
